我的家乡四季都很美。
春天，桃花、杏花、油菜花……都开了，小草抽出嫩芽，绿得发亮，好奇地望来望去；小树好奇地睁开眼睛，它兴奋地说：“春天回来啦！”小鸟从南方飞回北方，一边飞一边叫，好像在说：“春天真温暖呀！”人们脱下厚厚的棉衣，小朋友们来到草地上开心地玩耍，他们玩滚铁圈、捉迷藏、跳山羊等等。大人们一边聊天一边喝茶，好不快活。
夏天的夜晚，天上的星星一闪一闪的，正向我眨眼；地上的人们正在树下乘凉、下棋、聊天，知了在树上不知疲倦地唱着歌。

春天山上一片绿油油的，乍一看，还以为是绿地毯呢！小草迫不及待地从地里探出头来，想看看着多姿多彩的世界。一朵朵小花从小草丛中冒出来，一眼望去就好象是镶嵌在绿地毯上的花纹。山下，一条小河旁，栽了一排排桃花，碧绿的叶，粉红的花，倒影在水中。远远望去，就好象是点缀在枝丫上的一抹抹粉红。
夏天，地里的西瓜成熟了，绿黑条纹交错在一起，有的如篮球那么大，有的椭圆形状的，大小不一，形状不一，甚是好看。当你切开西瓜时，红红的果肉点缀密密麻麻的黑仔，看了就让你直流口水。
秋天正是丰收的季节，果园里的橘子成熟了，一个个象橙色的小灯笼，高高的挂在枝头上，摘下一个剥开橘皮，只见一个个橘瓣紧挨在一起，象一个个好朋友，手搭着手，肩并着肩，正在讨论者什么问题似的。剥下一片橘瓣，放入口中，轻轻一咬，一股酸甜的汁水从嘴里流入，直泌心脾，多么美味啊！这就是乡村的味道。

我的家乡——清江——坐落于温州乐清，它是一个美丽富饶的沿海小镇。我们家乡的特色小吃像天上的星星，数不胜数。不过，要说最有名的，还是三鲜面。
据说，三鲜面原来只有三种配料：白虾，蛤蜊，牡蛎。后来根据客人对口味的要求，商家又在原来的三鲜面里加上其他一些辅料或一些特色海鲜，但是，三鲜面这个名字还是一直保留了下来。噢，对了，悄悄告诉你，只有我们清江的三鲜面才是正宗的!
我记得有一家三鲜面馆坐落在公园对面的小店附近。有些人，本是专程来买东西的，可经过面馆，每每闻到面馆里飘出的三鲜面特有的香气，总忍不住进去大吃一顿。还有些远方的客人，也专门赶过来吃咱们清江的三鲜面。去的多了，无论是谁都会发现，面馆不小的店面每次都是“人满为患”，两名店主忙的不亦乐乎。可见大家对三鲜面的喜爱。
三鲜面不仅受人喜爱，做法也比较奇特。
首先准备：姜1小块，鸡蛋1个，小黄鱼1条，蛏子，白虾，鳗干，蛤蜊，牡蛎，葱，小青菜以及其他必要的配料。第一步要做姜蛋。把姜洗净，去皮，切片，一半切末，一半留着备用;鸡蛋搅匀加入姜末，再搅匀，搁在一旁。锅里放少许油，小火，煎姜蛋，煎好了拿出来备用。第二步，在锅里放油，加姜片，烧6成热，放小黄鱼，接着是鳗干，煎的颜色有点黄了就放蛏子，姜蛋，老酒，糖。直接加水，再放入白虾和适量盐，水开了放面食，水再次开时加适量味精，放牡蛎，葱叶，小青菜就可以出锅了。一口下去，第一个感觉是烫，然后就尝到了鲜，一口面进肚，就马上想再来一口，哪管什么“烫”!

我的家乡位于湖南省邵东县，那是一个偏僻的小山村，一年四季，风景如画，家乡到处是山，每次去乡下，都要坐上仅有一辆通向家乡的挤满了乘客的客车。绕过曲折的马路，翻过好几座山，真有一种“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”的感觉。
我的家乡有两个大水库，一个叫宝田水库，之所以叫宝田水库因为以前的时候水库底下是田地，后来被水淹没了。还有一个叫三都水库，以前的时候水库底下是村子，后来涨水了，大家就都住在上头去了，每当退水时，都能看见坑坑洼洼的的地和不规则的石子路，三都水库是从我们村开始分流，共要经过三个区域，分别是——保田村，刘家村，古奇洞。
而宝田水库则向他的`反方向流。三都水库的那边，有一个大坝，大坝的那头就是孩子们的天堂——七陡湾，尽管大人们不让去，那里有七个陡坡，陡坡上全是草坪，那个地方背倚着山，中间有六个人造鱼塘，在鱼塘和石坡中间，有一条小溪流，那是桐江的支流，里面的水冰极了。小时候，我和伙伴们到这儿玩，不知不觉被森林吸引。我穿过一座小山，以为已经到了山的深出可谁知山后还有山，并惊喜的发现了山泉的源头。看见山泉从石缝里不断涌出，我的心也“砰砰”的跳，仿佛发现了一个正在酝酿着的新的生命。我闭上双眼，用心聆听。似乎有一个声音告诉我，这是一个天堂般的地方。
